California UST Designated Operator - Classroom
The foundation of our training program is an eight hour classroom-based seminar that utilizes photos and other visual aids to facilitate the efficient and comprehensive learning of the subject matter required to pass the state-mandated exam.
- UST Systems
- Release Detection
- Release Reporting and Confirmation
- Operating Requirements
- Record Keeping
We provide students with a consolidated binder of reference materials to prepare for the exam and use as an information resource in their business operations. These materials include copies of the code sections, presentation materials, reference charts, and other items.
At the end of each study section, students are given sample questions similar to those that will be asked on the exam. The intent of the practice test is to obtain an indication of the students' knowledge and to guide their outside study. In addition, students will receive multiple practice tests to assist them during their preparation for the exam.

Forty years of UST expertise at your fingertips. Our professionals will be available to answer any questions that may arise during students' homestudy
We also provide students with basic occupational safety information needed to perform on-site Designated Operator inspections and employee training.
